Beaver Classic™

Beaver Classic™ Beaver Classic is a brand of products created by students at Oregon State University’s College of Agricultural Sciences under the guidance of world-renowned experts in agricultural sciences. What began as a line of cheese in 2012, has evolved to now include honey and beef jerky. Over time, there are plans to add a multitude of other student-led agriculture products. We are also currently working on introducing the business management side of the program for students in our Applied Economics department.
