As a new unit within University Relations and Marketing, we offer one-stop convenience for all your marketing, communication and event projects. Our services include bulk mailing, conference planning and hosting, event services and hosting, graphic design, photography, printing, videography, web design, and writing and editing.
Marketing Services and Solutions supports the Oregon State brand and aligns projects to the university’s strategic plan, Prosperity Widely Shared. Bringing together comprehensive services in one place allows us to deliver streamlined processes and shorter turnaround time on important projects, along with consistent creative work, messaging and visuals. Our services are available to all units within the OSU community.

Conferences and Events offers a wide range of support for hosting successful events on campus. Our team of experienced professionals provides services tailored to meet the specific needs of each conference or meeting, from venue selection and booking to audiovisual equipment rental and catering. We handle all the logistics to ensure a seamless event experience, including conference management, registration, on-site support and post-event evaluation.

The LaSells Stewart Center
The LaSells Stewart Center is the original performing arts venue and conference center at the Corvallis campus. We welcome more than 160,000 guests and host hundreds of events each year. Learn more about spaces at The LaSells Stewart Center.
The Giustina Gallery is the largest art gallery in the Willamette Valley. We host up to 12 exhibits annually, featuring art of all mediums and representing artists from here in the valley to those around the globe.
