How do you support student success?
I support student success by providing faculty with data insights to strengthen academic programs and by guiding accreditation efforts that benefit students and their future opportunities. I especially enjoy collaborating with faculty to plan, problem-solve and explore data-driven solutions.
Where at OSU do you feel you have the greatest impact?
My greatest impact comes through presenting insights to college and program leadership that help them understand what’s working well and where they can make changes to improve the student experience and support our college and program goals.
Why are you proud to be part of OSU?
In addition to working for OSU, I’m an alumnus and a current student. I am so proud to be a member of our community because I feel that we live our values and are genuinely dedicated to our students.
